TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the XPOSD website. XPOSD is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and our online store is hosted on Shopify.
Please read these terms before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Using our website
You agree to use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.
You must not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information, interfere with website security, or attempt unauthorised access.
2. Products and descriptions
We aim to present our products, descriptions, images, and measurements accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
Please review the individual product description, size chart, and care instructions before purchasing. Fabric specifications may vary between products.
These display differences do not remove your rights where an item is faulty or materially different from its description.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer, subject to the options available for your order.
For COD orders, payment is due upon delivery. Bank transfer payments must be verified before dispatch. Any applicable additional charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Prices and promotions may change for future orders. We will not increase the agreed amount for an existing order without your consent.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to product availability and payment or order verification where applicable.
We may contact you if information is missing or if there is an issue with stock, payment, or the product listing. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange a refund of any payment collected for the unfulfilled order.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Pakistan.
Please provide a complete delivery address and a working contact number so the courier can reach you.
Delivery may be affected by courier operations, road closures, security restrictions, weather, or other disruptions. Contact us if you need assistance with a delayed or missing parcel. This does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
6. Order cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by emailing xposd.pk@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled through the return process. If payment has already been received for an order successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will arrange the refund.
7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
You may request a return for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email xposd.pk@gmail.com with your order number, the item concerned, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will provide return instructions.
Exchange requests are subject to the availability of the requested item or size. We will confirm the outcome after receiving and assessing the returned item.
For an approved refund, we will confirm the refund amount, payment method, and expected processing time with you.
8. Return shipping costs
Under our standard return policy, the customer pays return shipping charges for returns and exchanges, including size changes, change-of-mind requests, and cases where the issue is attributed to XPOSD.
This policy does not override any applicable legal requirement for XPOSD to cover costs or provide a remedy for faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
9. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess it.
Our standard return request window is 7 days from delivery. Any rights or remedies that apply beyond that period under applicable law remain unaffected.
10. Promotions
Discounts and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with each offer. These may include validity dates, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, and restrictions on combining offers.
Changes to future promotions do not alter discounts already validly applied to an existing order.
11. Website content
Website content may belong to XPOSD or the relevant third-party rights holders. Purchasing an item does not transfer intellectual property rights in its artwork, branding, or design.
Protected website content must not be reproduced or distributed commercially without the necessary permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse our website, place orders, or contact us.
13. Website availability and responsibility
We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but errors or technical interruptions may occur.
Our responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
If you have a complaint, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from pursuing any remedy available under applicable law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. Updates will not retrospectively change an existing order except where required by law or agreed with you.
